Critter Encounters: A Forever Home is a powerful reminder of the good that exists in the world and the profound impact that a small group of dedicated individuals can have.

About Critter Encounters: A Forever Home

Critter Encounters: A Forever Home follows the critical work of a small wildlife sanctuary in Ramona, California. Led by Wildlife Specialist Andrea Burgan and her dedicated Lead Keeper Connor Hoyt, the sanctuary provides a forever home to animals that can't return to the wild because of human interference. Given a second chance at life, the animals become Animal Ambassadors for their species to educate the community about wildlife, coexistence and conservation.

About the Organization

Critter Encounters is more than just a wildlife sanctuary; it is a place of second chances. They provide a loving and permanent home for animals that cannot be returned to the wild, transforming them into "animal ambassadors" for a greater cause.

These remarkable creatures, each with their own unique story, become powerful teachers, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for the animal kingdom. Through their engaging and interactive educational programs, Critter Encounters brings the magic of the wild to schools, retirement communities, and special events.
